Basics {K-8th Grade} is for athletes working on rolls and cartwheels.

Intermediate {K-3rd Grade} is for athletes working on round offs and walkovers.

Intermediate {4th-8th Grade} is for athletes working on round offs and walkovers.

Advanced {K-8th Grade} is for athletes working on back handsprings and running skills.
